Pasta with swordfish sauce
Instructions
Wash the eggplant, cut into cubes, add salt and let drain the bitter.
Prepared in a pan Sauté garlic, chilli and tomato sauce, Cook over low heat.
Wash swordfish, remove the skin and cut into cubes.
Add it to the sauce and cover.
Drain the Eggplant and fry them in hot oil and add to gravy.
When fish is cooked, add the wine and let soften for a few minutes, turn off the heat.
Add the parsley.
Cook the pasta and dress with the sauce obtained.
