Pasta with taleggio and saffron
Instructions
While the pasta cooks put over heat the broth in a saucepan.
Boil for a few minutes and then add the Saffron.
When Saffron is dissolved, add taleggio cut into cubes and let it melt without letting it boil (which otherwise makes lumps).
At this point, the dough is ready to be poured.
If you're into two, one down the dough and other things thrown in the pot the mascarpone and it does dissolve.
The pasta is served immediately and immediately eaten.
If the cream cheese is too runny, toss in the grana to tie it.
Since the pot rather light, prepare prozioni a little scarce.

- 500 g of any type pasta
- 200 g of taleggio cheese
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 1 ladle of broth
- 2 sachets of saffron
