Pasta with Peppers (Pasta con I Peperoni)
Instructions
Sauté the onion with garlic in olive oil, add the cleaned peppers from seeds and cut into small pieces and FRY for 10 minutes.
Add a little water and continue to cook over low heat, covered pot for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, throw the pasta in the water that you previously put to boil.
When cooked, turn off and add the mascarpone, add the pasta and sauce with a sprinkling of pepper.
