Pasta with peppers and cream cheese
Instructions
Do dry with a little oil and salt peppers washed and cut into thin strips (2 large peppers are sufficient even for 4 people).
Prepare a cream with 1/2 liter of milk, butter, grated Parmesan cheese, a bit of soft cheese like philadelphia and flour, to make more consistent cream.
Mix all with peppers and pasta condirvi.
