Bring water to a boil for the pasta. In a pan put the Philadephia and cheese with a wooden spoon to make it creamy. Add a spoonful of cooking water. Drain the pasta and toss in the pan. Off the heat, add tomatoes and Arugula.

  • 350 g of pasta type giant tubes or sleeves (but also other formats are okay)
  • a stick of philadelphia from 80 g cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • a tuft of Arugula
