Pasta with Radicchio (2)
Instructions
Peel and cut into strips the radicchio.
Do it for 5 minutes Blanch in boiling water.
Leave it to drain and FRY in butter, add salt, pepper and add the cream.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Boil the pasta, drain and dress with the sauce with radicchio and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
