Crab pasta (2)
Instructions
Cut crab meat into small pieces.
1 In saucepan heat 4 tablespoons of oil with garlic peeled and washed and chopped parsley; then join the crab and seasoning, stirring and sprinkling it with a handful of pepper.
Combine shredded tomatoes, add salt and cook the sauce over high heat for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente.
Whisk the sauce, put it back in the Pan, add the pasta and sautee for a few moments.

- 400 g of type pasta penne court
- 300 g of crab meat
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
