Instructions

Chop onion, leek and garlic and seasoning in a saucepan with 20 g diced carrot, courgette, celery and bell pepper and combine the chopped.

Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with 1 1/4 l of broth and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, covered.

Add salt when cooked and blend before serving.
