Instructions
Chop fine the onion, ham and Rosemary deprived of part of wood, then put the whole thing in 1 saucepan containing the broth and let it braise lightly.
When the cooking liquid is thickened add the peeled tomatoes, pepper, salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and coat with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
