Turkey veal shanks in gremolata
Instructions
Clean the Turkey Veal Shanks from any bone splinters and practiced some cut on the edges so they retain the shape during cooking; Sprinkle with flour and shaken the excess flour.

- 1 ladle of broth
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1/2 oranges (grated)
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of butter
