Omelet with curried mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up.
In a pan melt half butter and let wither the onion sliced very thin.
Then, add the mushrooms and let them stand for a few minutes.
Adjust the salt and pepper.
Add a pinch of flour, half a cup of cream and curry.
Mix and cook on moderate fire for about half an hour.
Beat eggs slightly, add a tablespoon of cold water, a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a pan heat the remaining butter, pour in the mixture and cook the omelet so that remains dry and soft.
About half the surface you have mushrooms, above ripiegatevi the other hand and gently slide the omelette onto a hot serving dish.
If you can accompany this with a curry sauce or a white sauce very fluid.
