Instructions
Cook the cutlets into heated oil and butter when I browned moisten with the wine, let it evaporate, add salt and pepper.
Cut the peppers into cubes and add them to the meat with half a chopped onion and a pinch of paprika.
Squirt with little hot water and bring to boiling.

- 4 veal cutlets
- 2 red peppers
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Pin 1 of paprika
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
