Spicy goat cheese
Instructions
Use of the already aged goat cheese, grate it and put it in a bowl.
Add the curdled milk in quantities which form an amalgam, join a few drops of oil and a few drops of brandy, chopped garlic, pepper and a handful of Rosemary, thyme and Marjoram.
Stir with a wooden spoon and place it in a container.

- Few drops of olive oil
- Few drops of grappa
- Chopped garlic
- Pepper
- 1 handful of rosemary, thyme and marjoram
