Instructions
Brown the butter with the garlic, place fish fillets dorando both sides, add salt and arrange on a platter.
At the end of cooking add the broth and just bubbles beaten eggs with the lemon and chopped parsley.
Turn the sauce, season with salt and pepper, add the fish fillets, let stand for a minute and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of hake fillets
- 50 g of butter
- 1 ladle of broth
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
