Mousse in pastry
Instructions
Mix the boiled shrimp, salmon, smoked and one 4-5 tablespoons of cream.
Combine the mascarpone cream, 2 eggs, a little chopped pistachio nuts, grain, salt and pepper.
With the pastry line a buttered mold and put the cream, cover with the rest of the dough, brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 300 g of puff pastry
- 170 g of natural canned salmon
- 250 g of frozen shrimp
- 50 g of smoked salmon
- 200 g of mascarpone
- Cream
- 50 g of pistachios
- 3 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
