Instructions

00079 MOUSSE of CHEESE and OLIVES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g of spicy blue cheese, 1 packet of herb cheese, 100 g pitted green olives, 50 g of butter.

Blend cheese with olives cut into pieces.

Put everything in a bowl and let stand in the refrigerator for an hour.

Serve with slices of toasted bread and spread with butter.
