Simple minestrone
Instructions
Gently fry the chopped onion in the oil, then add the potatoes, carrots and celery into cubes and the broth.
Bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
Combine peas, boiled beans and pasta.
Cook for 10 minutes, then add the chopped Rosemary, parsley and garlic, salt, pepper and serve with plenty of Parmesan.

- 400 g of borlotti beans

- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- Celery
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Rosemary
- 150 cl of broth
- 150 g of type pasta ditalini rigati
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
