Instructions
Wash vegetables.
In a crock pot warm 3 tablespoons oil and fry the chopped onion and the potatoes cut into cubes.
Coarsely chop the vegetables and place in pan.
Stir and add them over low heat a few minutes.
Add 3/4 of the water, a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
Bake covered for 40 minutes on medium heat.
When cooked, adjust salt, pepper and drizzle with the pecorino.

- 1/4 cabbage
- 200 g of black cabbage
- 2 potatoes
