Fish soup
Instructions
Fry the Diced Bacon in a saucepan with the butter and chopped onion, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the boiled cod and cut in small pieces, the broth, the salt, the pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with croutons.

- 400 g of cod fillets
- 100 cl of fish broth
- 1 slice of bacon
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Parsley
