Soup with asparagus
Instructions
To boil the asparagus in salted water, after they have been cleaned, separated from the hardest part of the stem, wash.
When they are cooked, remove the asparagus from the water and keep it aside.
In 1 Pan fry with oil chopped Bacon, garlic and parsley.
Then pour the cooking water of asparagus and when will reach a boil add the rice, salt and pepper.
When cooked, add the cubed caciocavallo.
Finally, add the asparagus, mix well and serve.

- 500 g of rice and asparagus (tips)
- 8 onions
- 150 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 g of bacon
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Parsley
