The night before you put the beans and chickpeas.
In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and let dry chopped onion and the clove of garlic.
When they took a light color, add the drained beans and chickpeas, lentils, soybeans and barley leaving season a few minutes, then pour the hot broth and cook for an hour and a half to moderate flame.
Eventually adjust salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of oil.
