Curried cod (3)
Instructions
Let thaw slightly the fillets and cut into pieces.
Heat the oil, add the curry and have thick cod, potato slices, sliced leeks, salt and pepper.
Dilute the lemon juice 25 cl of water and pour on cod.
Let simmer for 25 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
When cooked, sprinkle the surface of parsley.

- 500 g of cod fillets
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 leek
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- Salt
- White pepper
