Curried cod fillets
Instructions
Brown in oil a cipollina.
Add half a tablespoon of curry powder, stir and add the peeled tomatoes, a pinch of thyme, a few Bay leaves; Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes.
Put in the fish still frozen sauce, then salt and continue cooking sweet heat for 15 minutes.

- 800 g of frozen cod fillets
- Olive oil
- 1 cipollina
- 1/2 tablespoon of curry
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 pinch of thyme
