Spicy medallions
Instructions
Fry the onion and parsley in oil and butter.
Place veal slices already flour and Brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange on each slice of meat, a slice of ham, cheese and a bit of parsley.
Add the lemon juice and place in oven for 10 minutes.

- 4 veal slices

- 4 slices of fontina cheese
