Spicy meatballs in red
Instructions
In a bowl put the breadcrumbs and pour over the milk. Leave it to soak about 10 minutes and then strizzala. Break the eggs and sbattile in a large bowl with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of paprika. Then combine the beef, sausage casing and crumbled's private and the grated pecorino cheese.
Mix well all ingredients in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture is well blended. Shape of medium size round balls. Put the olive oil and the garlic cloves undressed in a non-stick pan.
