Maltagliati with mascarpone cream and tuna
Instructions
Boil the pasta "al dente".
Meanwhile, place the softened butter in 1 Bowl and work it with 1 whisk, until it is well fitted.
Mince well drained tuna and anchovy fillets.
Then mix the butter and combine the mascarpone cheese, 1 tablespoon wine and oregano, salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, pour it into the bowl, also joining 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
Shuffle repeatedly and serve immediately.

- 120 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 anchovy desalted fillets
- Oregano
- 1 tablespoon of dry white wine
