Black butter cod
Instructions
Cut the cod into pieces of about 30 g each, put them in cold water, bring to boiling to moderate heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Drain the fish and season with capers and chopped parsley, pepper, sprinkle with lemon and, when serving, cover with the melted butter over the fire until it becomes hazelnut color.
Serve with boiled potatoes, if desired.

- 1000 g of cod soaked

- 1 lemon (juice)
- 120 g of butter
