Wash the plums and put them in a bowl with wine for 2 hours.
Flour, salt and pepper the meat, put it in a pan with the butter, Brown it for a few minutes, add the plums with their wine and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes.
Stir in the cream, mix well and serve hot.
