Lentil Salad (2) (Lenticchie in Insalata (2))
Instructions
The night before put to soak lentils in cold water; the next day boil in one liter of water along with the onion and bay leaf for about 40 minutes.
Drain and let cool.
Season with oil, vinegar, salt, a little lemon juice and a pinch of white pepper.

- 400 g of lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1/2 lemon
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
