Instructions
Cook separately the chickpeas and lentils until they will be thoroughly cooked but not undone and then drain them.
Boil the pasta separately, filini Macaroni and rice, drain and keep warm.
Fried onions cut into rings before in slightly beaten egg and then into the flour and then FRY them until they become golden brown.
Place in rice dishes, pasta, Macaroni filini, chickpeas and lentils.
Sprinkle the koshari with tomato sauce fried in oil with garlic, onion, chili, salt and pepper, place the roasted onions around the plate and serve it piping hot.

- 400 g of rice
- 300 g of filini type pasta
- 300 g of type small macaroni pasta
- 200 g of chickpeas
- 200 g of lentils
- 200 g of fresh tomato sauce
- 2 large onions
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Hot pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
