Fried plaice
Instructions
Distribute the threads chopped parsley and cheese.
Roll and stop them with kitchen Twine.
Place floured lightly rolls in a buttered baking dish, irrorarli with the cognac and bake at medium heat for 3 minutes, turning once.
Mix in the tomato cream and a few drops of worcester and pour the sauce on the fish.
Bake for a further 10 minutes remembering to turn several times.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 700 g of frozen fillets plaice
- 30 g of parsley
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- 180 g of cream
- 50 g of butter
- Flour
- Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of cognac
- Few drops of worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- Salt
