Spring rolls with celery and carrot
Instructions
Wash and peel the celery and carrots, then cut into strips of approx.
3 cm.
Cut the fillets bacon.
In each slice of beef, put a piece of celery, carrot and Bacon; wrap and fasten with a toothpick.
In a pan heat the olive oil and place over the rolls, adding chopped onion, dry white wine and a little flour.
Stir over high heat and add three peeled and crushed tomato, salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

- 3 peeled tomatoes
