Spring rolls with chicory and spicy provolone
Instructions
Cut the radicchio and cook it in butter.
Form of spring rolls with the slices of beef, radicchio and provolone cut into sticks and stop them with a toothpick.
In a saucepan Brown the chopped onion, add the rolls and sauté.
Deglaze with the wine and let evaporate.
Add the cream, let it reduce, adjust salt and pepper to taste and serve.
