Spring rolls with ham and artichokes
Instructions
Cut the fillet into small slices, thinning them with meat tenderizer.
Spread over each a slice of ham and 1 slice of artichoke.
Roll up and tie with a string.
Place the rolls in 1 pan with the butter and let them Brown.
Salt and sometimes wet with a few teaspoons of water and let it finish cooking.
Serve them hot with their cooking.

- 600 g of veal fillet
- 200 g of ham
- 3 artichokes into wedges
- 80 g of butter
