Mixed salad with artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes: remove the toughest outer leaves, cut the florets with the plugs, remove the stems, cut into thin wedges and put them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Wash and dry the dandelion Tah 1 and put it into a bowl, add the artichokes and drizzle with the vinegar, emulsified with oil, salt and pepper, and diced Bacon, previously browned in a pan without dressing and mix.

- 2 artichokes
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 250 g of dandelion
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 80 g of bacon
