Chicken and pineapple salad
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Remove the Peel pineapple, cut into cubes.
Peel the pepper seeds and white ribs, cut into strips.
Rinse mushrooms quickly under running water to remove all the Earth, dry thoroughly and cut them into slices.
In a bowl, emulsify the oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper, beating well with a fork.
Gather all ingredients prepared in a salad bowl, pour the vinaigrette, stir gently, and serve.
You can dress this salad, instead of the classic vinaigrette, with mayonnaise in which loose a bit of mustard.

- 400 g of boiled chicken advanced
- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 green pepper
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
