Bring to a boil the broth, plunge shrimp and boil them for 10 minutes.
Drain them, sgusciateli and keep the flesh warm in broth.
In a pan heat butter and let wilt finely chopped shallots.
When it became clear, sprinkle the wine and let evaporate.
Adjust the salt and stir everything to bechamel.
Drain the shrimp, put them on the serving dish and nappateli with Prosecco sauce.
