Chicken with carrots and onions
Instructions
Add salt and pepper inside the hen.
Brown it in a pan where you did melt the butter.
Add the onions and carrots cut into sticks.
When the vegetables are browned, cover with the wine and let it evaporate.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Cover the pan to keep the humidity produced by the vegetables and cook over low heat for about an hour.
Serve.

- 300 g of scallions
- 30 g of butter
- 2 cups of dry white wine
