Instructions
Coarsely chop the shallots, fry it in a little oil and put it aside.
Pre-cut the cock, lightly flour and FRY in hot oil, then sfumandovi half a glass of red wine.
Combine the potatoes and chopped tomatoes, pitted olives, shallot, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add a few tablespoons of water and cook on a moderate flame, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked.
Keep warm.
Cut thin enough slices fennel well washed, dilute in a tablespoon of hot water 2 tablespoons low of anchovy paste.
Combine one tablespoon of olive oil, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle all over with a fork.
Pay on fags, that will be placed on a serving platter around the cock with potatoes.

- 2 tablespoons of anchovy paste
- Few drops of worcestershire sauce
