Instructions
Wet the cock with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce diluted with a few tablespoons of broth.
Cook the bird with olives, potatoes and shallots in the oven at 200 degrees until it is cooked.
Meanwhile, take the tomatoes, empty them and put a little anchovy paste.
Remove the chicken from the oven, place it on a platter, surround with tomatoes and fennel.
If you want you can add some dill and spicy curries.

- 1 whole fennel
- Some of cluster tomatoes
- Some of tuscan olives
- Some of new potatoes
- 1 shallot
- Anchovy paste
- Worcestershire sauce
