Instructions

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with oil and butter (just a nut).

Then add the tomatoes, pepper, salt and cook for 5 minutes, crushing tomatoes; possibly put a pinch of hot pepper to give it a stronger flavor to the sauce, but that does not cover the taste of other ingredients.

Join finally crumbled and the tuna family, possibly only the leaves, which are those that give the aroma.

Stir for about a minute, then transfer into the gravy noodles cooked al dente, make her jump for 5 minutes then bring it immediately to the table.

Note: the Mint family is another name for the wild thyme, a particular species of thyme widespread even in the wild; the leaves are oval or round and are taken from herbaceous stems; you collect during the warm season.
