Apple fritters (8)
Instructions
Prepare the batter.
Put the flour in a bowl, combine the eggs, salt, baking powder, grappa, mix and dilute with milk.
Let it rest at least 15 minutes.
Peel the apples, leaving them whole, depriving the cored Apple, wash them and dry them well.
Cut them into thin slices: the Donuts, dip in batter and FRY in plenty of hot oil.
Place them on a paper towel, sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 5 apples renette
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
- 125 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Milk
- 1 dram of grappa
