Polish pancake
Instructions
Before you make the filling by mixing all ingredients until it forms a custard.
For the pancakes, place the flour in a large bowl.
Add three egg yolks, milk, water, oil and nutmeg and stir together.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the salt.
Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
Add the pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Put a bit of filling and fold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the dough:
- 225 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 30 cl of milk
- 30 cl of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 25 g of butter
- For the filling:
- 250 g of shredded cheese
- 25 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
