Polish bread pudding
Instructions
1 butter pudding mold and cover the bottom with kitchen paper.
Sprinkle the inside edges of sugar.
Heat the honey in a small saucepan, combine 1, mixing, egg yolks, vanilla and brown sugar, then work the mixture with 1 electric mixer to make it fluffy.
Combine the chopped walnuts and bread alternately with spoonfuls of whipped egg whites.
Turn the mixture into the mould and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

- 160 g of honey
- 4 eggs
- 50 G = = Cane
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 80 g of chopped walnuts
- 10 g of butter
- Sugar
