Gulf omelette
Instructions
In a pan heat 2 tablespoons oil and 1 knob of butter.
Add the sliced onion and saute, stirring fresh focus.
Combine beaten eggs with salt and pepper, stir, then shake the pan to remove the omelette from the bottom, sprinkle with sliced olives and chopped anchovy fillets.
Cover and cook for a few minutes.

- 5 eggs
- 1 white onion
- 4 green olives
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
