Instructions

Slicing the veil the onion.

Wash and dry the flowers of Zucchini, then cut them into strips.

To sweat the onion in the oil in the same pan in which you cooked the omelet.

When soft add the flowers and cook for a few minutes.

In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then add the onion and the flowers well drained.

Add more oil to the Pan and when it is steaming pour the eggs and bake the omelet on both sides.
