Instructions

FRY in a frying pan 1 onion, cut into thin slices and Courgette also thin slices.

Whisk together 4 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon of corn flour and water to make a batter not too fluid and course salt.

Then add this mixture into the pan with the onion and zucchini and simmer quietly as a standard omelette.

The turn and let it finish cooking.
