Fragolini with olives
Instructions
Heat the oil, add the olives, garlic, polyps, Rosemary and artichokes.
Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then carry on cooking.
When cooked add the vinegar, salt, pepper and Rosemary.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of small polyps (fragolini) clean
- 1 dram of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 4 sliced artichokes
- 1 handful of olives
- Few drops of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
