Instructions
Place the flour in fontana; at the Center, oil, Rosemary and yeast dissolved in lukewarm water.
Mix and add water if necessary.
Let stand an hour covered.
Knead again and do many oval pagnottine, record the length, add salt and let rise 1/2 hour.
Brush with oil and cook in oven 1/2 hour at 250 degrees
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of white flour
- 500 g of yellow flour
- 50 g of brewer's yeast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary
