Instructions

In Pisa the chickpeas are used to prepare a cake.

Is dissolved 250 g of flour with about 60 cl adding little water at a time in a plastic bowl.

Make sure not to cause lumps with a continuous use of ladle, add three pinches of salt.

Let stand an hour, then with a spoon remove the foam that is formed on the surface.

Pour into a non-stick pan for pizza around 32 cm in diameter (greased with 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin olive) and turn it so that the oil is on the surface in the form of bubbles.

Put in the oven already piping hot (250° c) and cook for 20 minutes.

Before you eat it only add a pinch of pepper.
